If you are going to be at Hedonism II May 23th, 2009 - May 31th, 2009 and your trip overlaps these dates by at least 2 days, please sign up as a Trip Member.
To help us find one another once we arrive at Hedonism II, please include a photo, one you don't mind sharing with others. Send your photo to wickedwildcats@yahoo.com. It will be posted, along with your biography, on our secure password protected Trip Members area. Only those people going on our 2009 trip, who have a secure password will be able to view the photos and biography. First names, state, email address and photo are the only items listed on website.
Other information such as last names, addresses, etc. will not be included in website posting. It will be used for booking information and mailing of our welcome packages and kept strictly confidential.
All rooms will be assigned prior to Arrival, You may even know your room # before leavening home..
Later we will be asking for Last Names and or Your Booking # . The information is for the Resort Only. They must have a Last name or booking Number to find you in the system, it will also prevent anyone from being bumped due to overbooking.
